Olivia leads the day-to-day operations. With 17 years in finance before moving into recruitment in late 2021, she brings strong commercial and process expertise. She has delivered Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects, developed solid NGO sector insight over the past four years, and supports recruitment delivery when required.

Diane, Recruitment Manager

Diane brings 30 years of experience in administration and office management within the insurance and financial services industry, where she built a strong reputation for outstanding customer service.

Now a Recruiter at TalentMax, she is passionate about connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities and thrives in a role where no two days are the same.

Cezanne — CFO

Cezanne is CFO of TalentMax and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

With a background in accounting, business strategy and consulting, she brings a practical, commercially minded approach to recruitment, particularly for senior, strategic and governance roles.

Cezanne is passionate about helping purpose-led organisations identify not just the right person, but the right capability for where they want to go. She is known for her honesty, clear thinking and values-led approach.
